What do we offer?
Every day the number of access credentials—some personal, some not—to different platforms and systems increases: email, online stores, online banking, servers, cloud systems, applications, FTPs, games, etc.
Each of these systems must have secure, complex, and unique access. That means a user and, above all, a differentiated password: unique and highly complex (more than 12 characters, numbers, symbols, uppercase and lowercase, non-semantic…), which makes memorization impossible.
Therefore, we tend to store these credentials in some physical or electronic document (notebook, password Excel…) or reuse the same access on different platforms with simple, easy-to-remember passwords. Both behaviors are clearly insecure and can lead to high-impact negative consequences in our lives and businesses.
That is why it is necessary to use secure access data storage systems. There are different solutions on the market today, which will be discussed later in the competition section.
On the other hand, in corporate environments (also family and other types of human organizations), governance of access for different individuals in the company is required, both for their personal access and especially for those shared by more than one person. Many systems require sharing access among different members of an organization. These shared credentials sometimes generate a high level of insecurity by being exposed too easily. They also cause a loss of productivity and time spent locating them, consulting among organization members, changes and updates due to new employees joining or leaving, etc.
Sitelicon Wallet aims to solve these problems through a secure cloud system that allows:
- Secure storage of unique and complex access credentials for multiple systems.
- Permanent access from any location, via secure cloud, to stored data.
- Share secure credentials among different members of an organization.
- Control and governance of shared and individual access within an organization.
- Reduction of cybersecurity risks.
- Elimination of productivity inefficiencies associated with sharing access information.
